Our founder, Osazee Thompson started his journey over 30 years ago.
Osazee served his country as a United States Marine. After his honorable service and receiving a Letter of Commendation for superior performance as Training NCO during his enlistment, he decided to make his entry back into the civilian world.
Osazee‘s Marine Corps experience contributed to shaping his core belief.
Osazee’s early professional path was inspired by entrepreneurship.
Osazee received his professional life coaching certification and immediately began assisting individuals in meeting their life goals, and confidently telling their story with clarity and purpose.
That work opened the next door to Osazee serving as an Instructor of Entrepreneurial Studies at City Colleges of Chicago, where he taught students how to think, plan, and execute. He coached them to take ownership of their decisions.
Osazee’s leadership showed up again, not just in titles but in mindset and action.
As a licensed financial services professional, he became a Team Lead as a registered representative at a Fortune 100 financial firm.
Osazee held multiple leadership roles across the financial services field —leading teams, coaching performance, and driving results.
Osazee believes that skills can be taught but character must be built.
Creating a legacy of leadership in his career journey, Mr. Thompson also served as Assistant to the Director of Real Estate and Construction Operations. Leading teams within a large multimillion-dollar organization.
He worked across planning, execution, and accountability.
The role sharpened his focus on systems and people. He believes that strong systems support leaders and strong leaders build strong systems.
Rounding-off his career, Osazee continues as an executive-level performance coach, working with leaders across industries. He continues to help leaders, lead under pressure and with purpose.
In 2013, Mr. Thompson expanded his voice by self publishing his first book. He later went on to author, several more books, becoming a multiple-book author.
His work as an author opened the door for him to speak and coach clients both nationally and internationally.
Mr. Thompson trains leaders to lead themselves first and their organizations will follow.
